1. The service.
Ivy is a plant care application provided by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME]. It is in beta: features change, and things occasionally break.
2. Your account.
One person per account. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what you upload and must have the right to upload it.
3. AI content.
Answers, identifications, diagnoses and schedules are generated by AI models and can be wrong. They are suggestions, not professional advice. Your plants are your responsibility.
4. Fair use.
AI features carry a daily allowance per account. Automated or abusive use may be limited or suspended.
5. Payment.
Ivy is free while in beta. If paid plans are introduced, their terms will be shown before you pay. Plants and data are never withheld for non-payment.
6. Your data.
It stays yours. You can delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy).
7. Ending the service.
You can stop any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If Ivy ever shuts down, we will give at least 60 days' notice and a way to export your data.
8. Liability.
To the extent permitted by law, Ivy is provided as is, and we are not liable for plants lost to a wrong answer or a missed task.
9. Law.
Bulgarian law applies; disputes go to the courts of Sofia.
